Young ADULTS: Leaders of tomorrow (18+)

Graduates/Post graduates are being groomed to take on the mantle of taking up responsible positions in the corporate world or are being molded to set up their own business ventures. The Entrebiz Training Program focuses on enabling students to gain an understanding of business operations and economics, and explore the advantages and challenges associated with the real corporate world. This module aims to define the kind of business to be set up or the careers to opt for and applying their theoretical know how in a practical environment. It involves getting into the track of doing things and finally how to get things done.

The program also stresses on personal development and offers an interactive environment where students learn management and communication skills along with other proficiencies. Modules deal with real-life business activities, including the development and presentation of business plans. Students learn to conduct research and collect meaningful information, and become confident in speaking to and communicating effectively with audiences. Additionally, interaction with professional trainers allows students to learn how to network with others outside their peer group.

The primary goal of the Training Program is to train the youth to become tomorrow's leaders. The skills that students acquire through this experience extend far beyond entrepreneurship or corporate competence and have lifelong, personal impact.

Young adults definitely become successful professionals/entrepreneurs if molded from this age and can definitely prove to be competent leaders of tomorrow.
